WEDDING COORDINATOR / WEDDING MANAGER 

With Qualifications:

• Position as Wedding and MICE coordinator
• Min 1 / 3 year experience in similar position in a 5* hotel or Wedding planning company
• Excellent communication written and verbal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• The candidate will overview all logistics of weddings and events arrangements including contacting with suppliers such as florists, entertainment, photographers, FB catering, audiovisuals, etc.
• The candidate must have a very creative and artistic sense as well as strong planning, coordinating and executing all aspects of clients needs (for Weddings and MICE)
• The candidate will be strongly service oriented and with the only target of customer satisfaction
• Hotel management degree and very fluent in English, plus another second language is also desirable
• Local package for Indonesian citizen will be offered
• Able to work long hours the occasional evening and weekend
