Now day, is seeking qualified candidate for the following positions:

SOMMELIER
1-2 years experiences as Assistant Sommelier or Sommelier in an upscale hospitality establishment.

Skills & Technical Qualifications:

• Outstanding wine ,  spirits and food knowledge
• Sommelier diploma
• ASI member of local equivalent
• The ability to pair flavors and make recommendations
• Ability to train people
• Advanced levels of Business English
• Conversant with Microsoft  Windows, Excel, Word, and other main programs

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

• Affinity for guest service!
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Confident, passion for wine
• The position requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
• The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!
• Ability to communicate with all level of staff, supervise and motivate people
