SALES EXECUTIVE
Essential requirements:
- Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned, invites VIPs and media to promotional activities
- Giving the idea in making any kind of package for generating more revenue in short period in order to make the instant revenue or pick up last minute booking
- Abilities good services communicating with the hotel outlets and outside contacts when planning services, as well as to document any sales related activity
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensures the prompt and systematic servicing of all business accounts i.e., tracing, booking, prepare contracting, communicating with all departments concern, and following up with group for feedback and future bookings
- Comparing the product by inspecting the competitor and inform the value add from the competitor
- Understand hotels market positioning
- Effective sales communication skills and personal performance
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
- Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner
